GOT A QUESTION......Ford Focus
I need some help locating the OBD2 test port location on a 2000 Ford Focus my brother has been having some problems with. I have a tester and can't see the test port anywhere. Anyone got a clue where it's at on these cars?

I believe it's under a panel, near the hood release, right where you left knee is.

I've got that panel off right now, and I don't see any port that looks like it, but I'll check again. Thanks....

it should be below the panel........it flips down i'll go check to make sure yeah.........its underneath the panel.........its says OBD right on the flip down, hope that helps

Thanks guys. I figured out another way to test it. Holding the trip reset for the odometer while you turn the key to the on position will initiate a test as well. You push the reset button repeatedly to get to the DTC's. I found the real culprit though...... I could start the car and it would stutter like a dead plug so I pulled the plug wires off only to find about an inch of water standing on them. My brother sprayed the motor off and it got in there so I got the shop vac out and got the water out now it runs like a top.
