PLEASE HELP Ok where do I start. When I drive my car normal running up through the gears at 3500 rpm the car sounds like its missing or flooding itself out, but right after 3500 rpm it straightens up. So I changed the plugs twice, didnt help, so I went and bought plug wires, didnt help. Does anyone know what would be causing this because its really freakin aggrevating.

TPS, O2 sensor, MAF may need cleaned. Can be a lot of things. Do a code scan. Even if you arent getting a code.

I'm not sure on the exact rpms but I've seen quite a few dyno's where there is a 'flutter' at 3200-3500 rpm. I asked and was told it was the IMRCs delaying in opening fully. That is one reason why a lot of guys delete the IMRCs.
I know on my '93 the IMRC is vacuum controlled closed until 3000 rpm or so then the PCM signals a vacuum solenoid which closes off and dumps the vacuum. Then the IMRC butterflies open. I've been told this is superior to the electro-mechanical control I believe is on the Cobra and later model MarkVIIIs.
Try www.modulardepot.com, there's quite a few knowledgeable peeps on there without quite the clutter of corral.net.
Yea it opens by cables. I was told just a few minutes ago it possible a IAC. My car idles rough like it has a big cam in it, when I come to a stop it kinda idles high then falls below normal idle.
